Every Grand View or Better View patio room system is custom designed to meet your need, custom engineered and custom built from top to bottom. Imagine adding a single room that gives you beautiful mornings, comfortable evenings and days full of relaxation, all with a terrific view. The Seaway patio rooms offer an excellent alternative to a conventional room addition. With the strength of thermally improved structural aluminum along with the warmth of energy efficient vinyl windows and doors, Seaway patio rooms and enclosures are custom tailored to fit your budget and lifestyle.
Seaway offers two patio rooms. The Grand View is intended for year-round use and offers the widest range of use. The Grand View is commonly equipped with an optional electric heat and air conditioning system. All windows and doors use insulated glass. The Better View patio room uses a single pane glass window and door. It is intended for season use. The most common window used is a horizontal sliding window.
